What are the resolution limitations for on image inserts? The minimum resolution is 300dpi. The image size for a graphic insert should be a minimum of 70mm x 60mm. If you are creating the complete label yourself then the image size should be 74mm x 89mm with a minimum dpi of 300. This ensures the quality of the label printing. There are no maximum limitations but be aware that large files may take time to upload.
If I can not find a suitable template and do not have the skills to create my own label, can I get some assistance from Winelabel.co? Yes, See our wine label wizard on the homepage & follow the instructions.
Is there a maximum time a campaign can run? No, however if there is no activity on the campaign for a period of 30 days we will contact you to either re start promoting the campaign or to end it.
For fundraising how will I receive my reward payment and when? We will total the number of cases sold on your campaign at the end of each calendar month. Cheques will be sent to the registered address no later that the 20th of the following month.
Can I get my fundraising reward Direct Credited to a Bank Account? No – All reward payments will be by cheque. This provides an audit trail and helps deter unauthorised persons setting up campaigns using valid charities.

How do we deliver the wine to your door ? We have a national freight charge of $7.99 per case anywhere in NZ. We have a partnership with Fastways couriers who will deliver your product to your door. We aim to have your wine to your door within 10 working days.
Can i try the wine before ordering? Yes, most of the Mill Liquorsave retail stores carry these wines labeled as the "Naked Cellar range". Contact your nearest store for a tasting.
Can i re order at a later date more wine with same label? Yes, log back in & your label will be available for you to use for any other wine purchases you may choose.
What does the "back" label look like ? The back label is a standard "Naked Cellar Label" that we use in The Mill Retail stores. It carries the wine tasting note, varietal & region plus all the legal requirements required to comply with NZ liquor law.
